These"á la carte" classes allow you to attend any of three educational workshops. Choose from...      

Hops Production Seminar: June 21,  2016

Where: San Diego Farm Bureau

            1670 East Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA 92196

Time: 7:30am to 4:00pm       

Learn about zoning, permitting issues impacting the local microbrewery, market trends, hops production, keys to backyard growing, drying and storage of hops, and more...

Cider Apple Production Seminar: June  22, 2016       

Where: San Diego Farm Bureau       

              1670  East Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA 92196

Time: 8:00am to 12:30pm            

Learn about market trends and feasibility of growing cider apples, rootstocks and production, harvesting, and more...

Hops and Cider Apple Production Tour  (Self Driven): June 22, 2016         

1st Location        

Where: Star B Buffalo Ranch and Hop Farm

Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm    

2nd Locatio        

Where: Julian Cider Works    

             17552   Harrison Park Road, Julian, CA 92036        

Time: 3:00pm to 5:00pm. 

                

Registration Information       

The registration fees to attend are: $50.00 for the Hop Production Seminar; $25.00 for the Cider Apple Seminar, and $25 for  the Tour if paid online by Wednesday - June 15, 2016. The registration fee is $60.00, $30.00 and $30.00 respectively after this date or at the door, if space allows. Register early to secure a space and to help us plan for meals and handouts!!
