Enroll in ZSuite

Primary Members-4-H Ages* 5-8
Youth Members- 4-H Ages* 9-18
*"4-H Age" is your age by December 31 of the program year in which you are enrolled.

New Member

1. Choose a Club

Click here to view a list of 4-H Clubs to find one near you. Review the list of projects, meeting days, and locations to see if this would be a good fit for you.

2. Contact Club

Contact the Club Leader for the club you are interested in joining. You may contact more than one club in your search. Inquire to see if they are accepting new members, fees, projects, etc. 4-H Club Information

3. Enroll at ZSUITE

Create a profile and enroll at ZSUITE.

4. Pay Fees 

Enrollment Fees $85
 

5. Get Approved

The Ventura County 4-H office will review and approve your enrollment. After registration and payment are received an email to your family email account will be sent to confirm your active enrollment status. You will then be able to begin participating in 4-H events and activities.

Returning Members

1. Update your profile

Log in to ZSUITE. Update your family and personal information including Health Form for each member re-enrolling. Review and edit club and projects as needed. Submit your enrollment.

2. Pay Enrollment Fees 

Enrollment Fees $85
 

3. Get Approved

County 4-H Office will review member enrollment and approve. You will receive an email confirmation that shows your status as Active. You may now begin participating in 4-H events and activities.

 

Remember...

  • Give a copy of your Member Health Form report to each Project Leader or Event Chaperon as needed.
  • Update critical information in ZSUITE as needed, such as contact information, projects, etc.
