The U.S. National Park Service (NPS) is offering several fee-free days throughout 2011.
The NPS mission is as follows, “The National Park Service cares for special places saved by the American people so that all may experience our heritage.” With nearly 400 parks, 84 million acres, archeological sites, historic structures, landmarks and more our National Parks have something special for all of us to experience.
